The Domaine of Raoul Philip can be found not far off the main road between the towns of Quissac and Corconne which is leading into the famous Pic St Loup Appellation. The countryside is wild and stunning and has all the feel of High Provence.  The Philip family produce first class wine which is already an  established favourites with the vast majority of our customers in Ireland and the UK .

Voltaire once suggested that, “To win is not enough, it is essential to seduce” This honest Merlot would appear to heed his admonition to the letter. The colour is a beautiful garnet-red, the nose a melange of the ripest fruit and smoky wood chippings; the palate is unctuous and the tannin beckons you to have another mouthful - Rightly described as “A wine with winning and seductive ways” . Open a bottle at the right temperature allowing it a decent chance to breathe; then capture the hints and flavours of forest berries and cinnamon, on the palate, perfect balance in the mouth, in the soul, perfect contentment!
